Refund policy

At Living Verse, we take pride in our quality and craftsmanship. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final, except in cases of defects or incorrect items. However, we understand that issues may arise, so we offer limited returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, if applicable).
• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to our size chart before placing an order.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Processing:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
